Valsoft announced its acquisition of Interdev Technologies in September, 2020.
Aspire Software’s portfolio continues to rapidly expand, with recent acquisitions across several industries, including car rental, workforce management and now, emergency services.
In 2020, Aspire’s parent company, Valsoft Corp., announced the acquisition of Interdev Technologies, which has been serving emergency services and healthcare community for over 20 years.
What is Interdev?
Interdev was founded in 2000 by Terry Kuehn and Brian Field, who worked as frequent collaborators on EMS database projects for the Ontario Ministry of Health. Terry and Brian came to realize through their experience in the industry that there was a glaring need for Electronic Patient Care Records (ePCR) for paramedic services worldwide. They soon began to realize their vision and developed a highly integrated suite of SaaS products to provide emergency services with essential data.
To this day, their suite of software is designed with emergency services personnel in mind, in order to save time and resources.
Joining Valsoft
Interdev is ready to take the next step as a company, and founders Terry and Brian have found a partner in Valsoft that will expand Interdev internationally.
