France – Angers, March 20th, 2023 – Octave, a leading digital commerce company operating within Aspire (under the portfolio of Valsoft Corporation Inc.) announced the appointment of Pierre Alloux as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective March 20, 2023.

Alloux takes over from Michel Perrinet, after 25 years of developing and leading the company.
A graduate of the ISC Paris in 2001, Alloux began his career in various banking networks where he held sales management positions.
In 2011, following an MBA at ESADE, he joined the change management firm Alter&Go, where he assisted in complex transformations in the industrial sector. In 2013, he joined the Alpha Group, an HR firm, as a mission director.
Before joining Octave, he successfully managed Viareport from 2020, a French SaaSfinancial consolidation software solution editor, growing the business in the French market and then expanding throughout Europe.
