Channel Partner Manager – Hybrid

We are hiring for a Channel Partner Manager to join our growing Media & Broadcasting vertical at Aspire Software!

This is a mission-crucial role for the Media & Broadcasting vertical to take the next steps towards future growth.

The Channel Partner Manager will manage and nurture all of our business and technology partners. The Channel Partner Manager will find new partners and evaluate existing ones. This role provides and ensures a clear path for our sales team to work effectively with these partners to accelerate sales and drive growth across the business.

About the Team

The Channel Partner Manager is part of our Sales and Marketing team and reports to the CRO. The team is a small but highly effective and successful covering Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

As our Media & Broadcasting vertical, with the three companies M&I Broadcast Services, VSN and Woody, is about to embark on an exciting period of growth and development, this role also offers a unique opportunity for the right candidate to make a significant impact and really make this role their own.

The successful candidate will work in a hybrid model, with the ability to be in our office in Hilversum or Barcelona on a regular basis essential!

About You:

  • Broadcast Media Services background and knowledge highly preferred
  • Previous experience working in a similar role within software sales or SaaS is essential
  • Sales-driven with an understanding of Technology
  • Able to have conversations with C-Level
  • Knowledge of software development and selling software products essential
  • Willing to travel across the world
  • Located in the Northwest Europe is essential
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills with a strong ability to negotiate
  • Positive, 'can do' attitude and plenty of energy
  • Proactive, motivated, and prepared to show initiative
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • A nurturing customer focus and the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Attention to detail and a natural capacity for great customer service
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written is essential and having a professional level of Dutch, Spanish, French, an additional European language, is highly advantageous
  • Legally authorized to work in Europe
