Aspire Software is looking for Implementation Specialist to join our team in Lebanon !

What Your Day Will Look Like:

  • Implement project deliverables such as user/dealer creations, data processing, configuration of report master templates, validation rules, input data master templates, budget planning tool master templates in line with agreed scope
  • Deliver according to defined processes and procedures with focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Respond directly to business management tool related questions using the internal  ticketing system
  • Liaise with internal and external customers in a professional manner and according to relevant agreements, maintaining good relationships
  • Work to deadlines and respond in a flexible way to the changing demands of the department and the business
  • Coordinate onward R&D technical requests relating to project deliverables via the the internal ticketing system
  • Communicate with Delivery Team Lead and PMO team on potential risks, issues, priorities and escalation topics. Proactively highlighting potential solution options in order to resolve
  • Working alongside Technical Principals to gain knowledge and best practice guidance, ensuring tasks are delivered efficiently and with high quality
  • Attend project status reviews to support Project Team throughout project lifecycle
  • Ensure relevant SOP documentation is completed and kept up to date
  • Assist with completion of project document and hand over to Support team to ensure project deliverables are able to smoothly continue into business as usual

Requirements

  • Strong command English language in word and script
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VBA / MACRO)
  • Data analysis competency and understanding
  • Accounting knowledge an advantage
  • Automotive background an advantage
  • Commitment and a desire to deliver services and solve issues in a quick and timely manner
  • Ability to prioritise work, good at planning ahead
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to manage a diverse and demanding portfolio of activities
  • To be logical and systematic in the diagnosis of data issues looking for trends and root cause analysis
  • An excellent spoken manner with strong interpersonal skills at a range of operational levels
  • The ability to support and maintain good relationships with all colleagues, providing a professional approach at all times
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to articulate a directive accurately
  • Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrable experience or understanding of a business customer service environment and proven analytical ability in troubleshooting in a technical support environment.
  • Experience using remote desktop support e.g. Teams / TeamViewer etc.
  • Sound IT skills in Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Teams, Outlook
