Accountant

Aspire Software is looking for an Accountant to join our team in Lebanon.

What you day will look like:

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
• Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
• Invoicing, Accounting and management of service providers
• Assist in contracts preparation, personnel documents filing

Requirements

• University or Technical Degree in Accounting
• minimum 2 years of experience in the accounting field
• Fluency in French or English along with the Arabic language
• Prior experience in accounts payable or a related role is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
