Vocantas is looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our growing team in North America!

Our Partner Sales Division is seeking an experienced Account Executive to help us grow to the next level.

As an Account Executive, you will work closely with our Partnerships Manager to engage with prospects across a wide range of industries. You will be responsible for driving growth within our partner channels and run the entire sales cycle from lead to close.

To be successful in this role, you will be required to be a strategic, process-oriented, creative problem solver, driven for personal and professional success, and have the desire to work on a collaborative team.

The successful candidate will be based anywhere in the US, working in a remote work model!

What your day will look like:

  • Identify and engage potential customers through our partner channels
  • Cultivate, build, and maintain relationships to maximize successful outcomes
  • Work in collaboration with the Channel Partner Manager and Director of Sales to develop strategies to achieve growth targets
  • Run the entire sales cycle from discovery stages, demos, negotiations and closing
  • Manage complex deals with multiple stakeholders and budgets
  • Develop and foster effective and collaborative cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Operations
  • Achieve activity and sales quotas with a commitment to continuous improvement

About You:

  • Experienced working in the SaaS industry carrying a quota for 3-5 years
  • Workforce Management or Healthcare sector experience is highly advantageous 
  • Experience working in UKG/ADP/Ceridian-Dayforce/Infor partner channels highly advantageous 
  • A proven track record of meeting sales targets and goals
  • Experience selling to multiple C-suite stakeholders
  • Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise companies
  • Experience in selling Workforce Management Solutions is an asset
  • Experience selling within partner channels is an asset
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is essential
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
