Aspire Software is looking for a System Administrator ( Hybrid Position ) to join Aspire team in Lebanon.

What your day will look like:

• In liaison with the Director, IT, implements short- and long-term strategic plans to ensure infrastructure configuration and capacity meets existing and future needs.
• Provides management, monitoring and support of hardware, software, and internal and integrated applications.
• Designs and deploys server, storage, application, and related infrastructure.
• Schedule’s maintenance and directs activities to resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Tests network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports.
• Coordinates Information Security access and ensures that appropriate security policies and processes are in-place, operate effectively and are followed.
• Oversees and supports integration of systems with cloud and hosted services.
• Provides expert technical guidance and support to internal customers and other members of the IT and R&D teams.
• Available for emergency off hour support as required.
• Maintains knowledge on emerging products, services, protocols and standards in support of technology procurement and development efforts.

About You:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience deploying, managing and maintaining production environments in Microsoft Azure IAAS and PAAS
• Current Microsoft certifications an asset
• Solid proficiency with Powershell and other scripting languages
• Experience with Terraform, Chocolaty, Ansible, and other automation tools
• Experience and/or familiarity with Elastic Stack, Kafka and Debezium in production environments
• Experience with Kubernetes an asset
• Experience with deployment, management and maintenance of Microsoft SQL server Always On Technology in a production environment
• Experience with deploying, managing and maintaining Office 365 environments (Sharepoint online, Exchange Online, Power Automation, PowerBI, etc.)
• Experience with managing security and compliance requirements in heterogenous environments
• Experience with software asset management and licensing in Microsoft centric and heterogenous environments
• Experience supporting Agile Development, Azure DevOps Azure DevOps and modern, deployment-as-code methodologies
• Solid understanding and experience with range of operating systems and environments including the Microsoft technology stack (.Net, SQL, Active Directory, etc.)
• Experience with deploying, managing and maintaining Microsoft Reporting services and PowerBI implementations in a production environment
• Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office toolset
