Aspire Software is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist ( Hybrid Position ) to join Aspire team in Lebanon.

What your day will look like:

• Reviewing, preparing, and recording purchase invoices and supplier entitlement (advanced payments)
• Perform day to day financial transaction including verifying classifying and recording accounts payable and expenses data.
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all purchases and payments are accounted and correctly posted.
• Completely understanding of issues around expenses and accounts payable processes
• Responsible for balance sheet reconciliations
• Making the reports about the payment’s duties and for vendors
• Recording assets and its depreciation
• Any other task given to you by your manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting
• MS Office knowledge: excellent word, excel knowledge
• One Year minimum experience in AP
• Able to deliver quality work under pressure
• Attention to detail and numerical skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Fluent English is a must
• Time management skills
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Available to work night shifts
