Aspire Software is looking for a Software Technical Writer to join our team in Lebanon.

What your day will look like:

• Communicate with subject matter experts in the Enrich ERP Software and Cross-Application product suite to learn the use cases for all Enrich software solutions.
• Create written, graphical, online, and video documentation of How-To Guides, Reference Manuals, and Marketing materials.
• Provide high quality customer communications for corporate and departmental internal and customer-facing announcements.
• Create content and manage corporate and marketing websites for Enrich.
• Work with various website, and documentation publishing tools

About you:

• Passion for writing, learning, and understanding complex system functionality through instruction and self-training.
• Previous experience in a position with creation of software documentation.
• Excellent English language written and spoken communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of various software programs is required; experience with Mac OS and Microsoft Windows products, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Experience working with modular, integrated software applications.
• Ability to use independent judgment to initiate and execute tasks, with the emphasis on quality and timeliness of delivery.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

Other Skills/Abilities:
• Basic understanding of the Fleet Management / Leasing business and industry of our customers.
• Experience working with software delivery and project management.
