• Expected to be accountable and responsible for multiple PS projects and reports to the Director/VP
• Works with Business consultants, Business Analysts, Technical Managers, Architects, Release manager and Test managers to achieve project milestones.
• Should have project managed independently, project of revenue > $500K
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand expectations and build trust. Manage and build customer relationships.
• Multi-task and work on multiple projects at the same time while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Should be willing to travel onsite for short term assignments.

Qualification - B.E/M.C.A. MBAs would be preferred

Mandatory skills:

• Should bring in around 10 years of hands on experience in project managing Medium to Large sized implementation of B2B products
• Should bring in around 10 years of hands on experience in project managing Medium to Large sized implementation of B2B products
• Manages multiple projects/teams and achieves project milestones.
• Extensively client facing, participating in Steering committee meetings and influences global clients.
• Should have functional knowledge to understand the nature of business problems and to discuss solutions with client, with the help of Business consultants.
• Should have the technical exposure to understand and manage system integrations developments.
• Should have managed P&L of medium to large accounts for 3-4 years.
• Should bring in governance to deliver profitable projects on time with high quality.
• Works with Offshore delivery/release/customer support team and delivery partners, to deliver projects.
• Experience in Project accounting and Budgeting and Project reporting (Man days, Cost, Revenue recognition, Profitabilty etc )
• Understands Change management and helps deliver value to client.

Desirable skills:

• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Functional knowledge in Trading, Supply chain, Inventory is desirable. Should have Business analyst experience in these areas.
• Experience/interest in Key account management.
• US Business or L1 Visa holders would be preferred.
