Business Development Representative, Digital Marketing – Onsite – Montreal

We’re looking for a fearless and motivated sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate thrives on building solid client relationships and has a proven track record of success in sales. You will be compensated based on the sales you close, in addition to a basic salary that is dependent on your experience and level. The ideal candidate should be willing to work on-site at our office in Saint-Laurent, Montreal.

What your day will look like:

  • In this role, you will primarily prospect and offer the value of our digital marketing services to clients across multiple different verticals.
  • You should be comfortable as a self-starter, able to plan and prioritize sales activities and customer engagement to exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Drive opportunity creation, deal progression, and closure of new business within defined account segmentation.
  • Understand customers' needs on a business level to solve their problems by relating them to our services.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our products or services effectively to prospects.

About You:

  • Innate ability to explain the digital concepts related to website design and search marketing.
  • Strong work ethic, high motivation, and ability to thrive in a commission-driven environment.
  • Solid prospecting and cold/warm calling skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proven experience in software sales with a track record of over-achieving quota.
  • A firm understanding of how to qualify buyer interest and identify target customers.
  • Strong English language skills in both verbal and written communication. You should be a concise and coherent storyteller.
  • Base-level understanding of website development, SEO/SEM, Marketing AI, and social media. Effective presentation, customer service, financial & business acumen, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in selling within the software sales and SaaS industry or within a marketing agency environment.
