Aspire Software is looking for a Application Support Agent to join our team in Lebanon.

By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.
What your day will look like:
- Gaining understanding of products and business processes to be able to support them
- Answer inbound phone calls and emails from customers
- Respond to first level customer queries in a timely and accurate manner
- Incident investigation and escalation
- Troubleshooting issues with systems and software
- Maintaining detailed software and system documentation, KB articles, etc.
- Monitoring applications and systems
- Interfacing with application developers when necessary
- Maintain various SLAs among customers with unique support contracts
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support environment
- Experience supporting large enterprise-level software systems in B2B and B2C environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex business and technical problems
- Basic knowledge of web applications and SaaS-based software solutions
- Experience with help desk tools, preferably Jira Service Management
