Aspire Software is looking for a  Application Support Agent to join our team in Lebanon.

What your day will look like:

  • Gaining understanding of products and business processes to be able to support them
  • Answer inbound phone calls and emails from customers
  • Respond to first level customer queries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Incident investigation and escalation
  • Troubleshooting issues with systems and software
  • Maintaining detailed software and system documentation, KB articles, etc.
  • Monitoring applications and systems
  • Interfacing with application developers when necessary
  • Maintain various SLAs among customers with unique support contracts

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support environment
  • Experience supporting large enterprise-level software systems in B2B and B2C environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex business and technical problems
  • Basic knowledge of web applications and SaaS-based software solutions
  • Experience with help desk tools, preferably Jira Service Management
