Aspire Software is looking for a System Administrator to join our team in Lebanon.

What your day will look like:

- Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and software applications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot systems to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security.
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Administer network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Ensure security compliance by implementing security policies and procedures.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement process improvements.

About you:

- 3+ years of experience in system administration.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMWare and Hyper-V.
- Experience with Cloud Infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Experience with network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Experience with SQL and IIS
- Familiarity with database management
- Understanding of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
