Sales Account Executive – Remote – US
We are hiring at MacPractice for a Sales Account Executive to join our growing sales team in North America!
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Intermediate Sales Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire and manage accounts within the Health and Dental industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth while representing our industry-leading SaaS solutions.

The successful candidate will be based anywhere in the US, working in a remote work model!
What your day will look like:
- National Account Development: Identify, target, and establish relationships with key national accounts in the industry
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for national accounts, including identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and creating customized sales pitches
- Product Knowledge: Gain an in-depth understanding of our SaaS products and effectively communicate their value to potential clients
- Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to showcase how our software solutions can benefit national account clients
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction
- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure business agreements with national accounts
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set for national account acquisitions
- Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions in CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, SaaS sales preferred, with a focus on national accounts
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role
- Sales experience in the Health and Dental verticals an asset
- Knowledge of payment processing an asset
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel as needed for client visits across North America
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is essential
- Legally authorized to work in the US
