Aspire Software is looking for Configuration Specialist to join Aspire team in Lebanon.

What your day will look like:
As a Software Configuration Specialist, you will work as part of a team to implement our Sales Force Compensation and Incentive Management software solutions using the latest technologies and methodologies.
Develop expertise in our applications, tools and interfaces so as to better comprehend customer issues.
Identify and document product bugs and escalate to development team for resolution.
Manage and track all issues through resolution.
Installation/Upgrade and configuration according to work instructions and standards of applications, tools, and interfaces.
Setup & testing our software products, tools, interfaces and supporting applications.
Participate and facilitate the go-live support of new installations and major upgrades.
Deliver accurate project documentation and participation in project management as required.
Contribute to content to technical knowledge base i.e. wiki.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in related field, such as Management Information Systems or Computer Science.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical people.
Experience with software, familiarity with Windows Server troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of SQL.
Independent thinker, creative problem solver, quick learner.
Must be organized and able to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time.
Able to work confidently and effectively as part of a project team
Preferred but not required:
Experience with Direct Selling, MLM companies, and Compensation & Incentive Management Systems.
General support, help desk or Tier 2 support experience.
Knowledge of programming or scripting.
