Aspire Software is looking for a Business Development Representative ( Hybrid Position ) to join our team in Lebanon.

What your day will look like:
- Inbound Lead Management: Effectively manage and respond to inbound leads through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
- Lead Qualification: Engage with leads to understand their needs, assess their fit with our solutions, and qualify them as potential sales opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our SaaS products and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Lead Nurturing: Provide tailored information and resources to educate leads about our offerings and move them through the sales funnel.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in CRM systems, ensuring that all lead interactions and progress are well-documented.
- Handover: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on lead conversion rates and provide insights for process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in business development, lead qualification, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
- Familiarity with the car rental industry or SaaS is a plus.
