The successful candidates will live within commutable distance of our central offices in Castelldefels, Barcelona, working in a hybrid position!

What your day will look like:  

  • Prospecting Powerhouse: Utilize your creativity and resourcefulness to identify and engage potential clients through various channels. Whether it's cold calling, networking events, or leveraging social media platforms, you'll be at the forefront of our customer acquisition efforts.
  • Customer Cultivator: Nurture and cultivate relationships with existing clients, serving as their trusted advisor and helping them unlock the full potential of our software solutions. Your ability to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions will be crucial in fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Continuous Learning Advocate: Stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving world of technology, staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics and being eager to learn and deepen your understanding of our products and industry trends, ensuring you're always equipped to deliver exceptional value to our clients.
  • Sales Strategist: Leverage your experience in selling long-cycle software solutions to develop and execute effective sales strategies. From initial contact to contract negotiation, you'll orchestrate the entire sales process with finesse and precision.
  • Autonomous Operator: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where independence and initiative are valued. Take ownership of your target and drive results with minimal supervision, demonstrating your ability to excel in a dynamic and entrepreneurial setting.

About You:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience selling software solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Proven track record of successful business development and market prospecting
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and influencing decision-makers
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing environment, with a continuous learning mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, coupled with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Strong understanding of the sports facility management sector is a plus
  • Fluent in Spanish and have at least a professional level of English, both written and verbal, is essential
  • Legally authorized to work in Spain
