Senior Implementation Specialist – Remote – Canada or US

  • Software Implementer who can “get” how our proprietary software can be used to solve all sorts of business challenges – a bonus would be someone with a background in full-scale ERP deployments and training, strategic projects in the accounting and financial areas of our customers’ businesses will be the focus of this role
  • Business Analyst committed to understanding the client’s needs and Project Manager who can get things over the finish line, time after time. Sound like you? Do you have a beautifully complimentary selection of skills like this?

The successful candidate will be based anywhere in North America, travelling across Canada and the US as and when required! 

What your day will look like:

  • Spend a few weeks getting to know our proprietary software on which our company is built and getting familiar with our customers’ common and unique business processes...always asking why we do what we do – answering your questions might unearth improvements we hadn’t thought of before
  • Provide accounting consulting support for our ERP software, including industry and process expertise, software implementation assistance, data configuration, and education and training
  • Liaise between our customers and our development team to support and test our software solutions and relentlessly track down answers while troubleshooting challenges
  • Provide training and support, as well as the set-up of new and existing Enrich customers – both on-site and remote - thus, you’ll be going on a few business trips each year
  • Eventually, you’ll be leveraging your new business knowledge and already-earned expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements


  • Leverage your experience with software implementations to provide exceptional customer service, working with a variety of customers in the fleet management/truck rental and lease biz Business Analysis
  • Work with customers to flush out their workflow requirements, map out processes, translate those into system requirements and test scripts, and communicate design essentials to our developers. Project Management
  • Serve as project lead or in a supporting role in multiple engagements (implementations, enhancements, new products)
  • Facilitate conversations with customers and internal teams; continuously keeping everyone apprised of priorities, issues, concerns, and requirements

About You:

  • 4+ years of software implementation experience in the ERP / accounting/finance space
  • A good understanding of and ability to apply project management best practices
  • Ability to lead and coordinate the efforts of many, never losing sight of the customer’s needs and our commitments to them; keeping people on track to the end goal is your superpower
  • A keen desire and ability to build trust-filled relationships with multiple customers, balancing the need for consistent approaches with time-to-time special attention
  • Ability to get to the heart of customer requirements and translate them into business process workflows; communicating clearly with internal technical design experts
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and written
  • A positive, collaborative, and cooperative manner; we’re really nice, and we love other nice people
  • Working knowledge of project management methods
  • Ability to think independently, make decisions, and communicate those decisions to others inside and outside of the organization
  • Ability to travel as needed (US, Canada)
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada or the US

Nice-to-Have Skills and Experience:

  • Comfort with technology; ability to troubleshoot technical software and hardware issues
  • Comfort using both Mac and Windows
  • Familiarity with Java, DB2 Databases
  • Post-secondary degree
  • Experience in the following domains: transportation, truck lease rental, fleet management, shop management
