Software Sales Manager – On-site – Barcelona

We are hiring at T-Innova, a leading Spanish software company specializing in sports facility management software, for a Software Sales Manager to join our team in Barcelona!

What your day will look like:

As a Software Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

Client Management:

  • Overseeing and managing existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Addressing client needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Developing and implementing tailored sales and growth plans for all customers

New Business Development:

  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the sports facility management software sector
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends.

Market and competitor analysis:

  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics
  • Conducting a thorough analysis of competitors in the sports facility management software market

Team Management:

  • Leading and managing a sales team, providing guidance and support for individual and collective success
  • Fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and setting goals for the sales team

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the software or technology sector
  • Strong understanding of the sports facility management software market highly advantageous
  • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager is essential
  • 3+ years of experience selling software products and services is essential
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client relationships
  • Proven track record of successful business development and market prospecting
  • Knowledge of competitors in the sports facility management software space
  • Experience in team management, with the ability to lead and inspire a sales team
  • Expertise in developing and executing sales and growth plans tailored to different types of accounts
  • Fluent in Spanish and have at least a professional level of English, both written and verbal, is essential
  • Legally authorized to work in Spain
