Cadis Software is looking to hire a hungry and highly self-motivated Enterprise Account Manager to join our growing team in the DACH region!
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to acquire and manage accounts within the transportation and logistics industry. The successful candidate will live within commutable distance of our office in Munich, working in an On-site work model!
What your day will look like:
- National Account Development - Identify, target, and establish relationships with key national accounts in the transportation and logistic
- Sales Strategy - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for national accounts, including identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and creating customized sales pitches
- Product Knowledge - Gain an in-depth understanding of our SaaS products and effectively communicate their value to potential clients
- Sales Presentations - Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to showcase how our software solutions can benefit national account clients
- Client Engagement - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction
- Negotiation - Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure business agreements with national accounts
- Sales Targets - Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set for national account acquisitions
- Market Intelligence - Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Reporting - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions in CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on national accounts, is essential
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets is essential
- A strong understanding of the transportation and logistics industry is a significant advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working and building relationships with executive-level decision-makers
- A high performer with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and goals
- Ability to deliver presentations to live audiences both in person and online
- Ability to travel as needed for client visits
- Ability to travel 30% of the time – sometimes at short notice
- Must be fluent in German, both verbal and written is essential
