Following Valsoft Corporation’s acquisition, Datatrac will become the sixth entity under the Transportation and Logistics portfolio at Aspire Software, with corporate offices in Metro Atlanta. The acquisition adds to Aspire’s already impressive portfolio of value-add solutions, which we believe will be highly complementary to our existing transportation and logistics businesses.
