Aspire Software is looking for a Support Representative ( Hybrid Position ) to join Aspire team in Lebanon.

What your day will look like:

- Respond to customer inquiries via email, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide step-by-step guidance and solutions to customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed effectively.
- Collaborate with the senior support team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions.

About you:

- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
- Strong computer skills and aptitude for learning new software systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework in computer science or related field is advantageous
