The Implementation Coordinator is accountable for configuring and implementing parameters in various tools, platforms, and services and providing support to clients during implementation and technical issues.

The Implementation Coordinator will provide ongoing support to clients, assisting with account maintenance and addressing operational/technical concerns related to the client's integration. The successful candidate will effectively handle customer incidents and issues with a positive attitude, proactively communicate with customers and team members, and prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency.

The successful candidate will be anywhere within commutable distance of our office in Montreal, working in an On-site work model!

What your day will look like:

  • Schedule and coordinate client implementations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, providing updates and addressing any concerns
  • Take ownership of problem-solving, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain project timelines
  • Follow up on client requests promptly, ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to unblock any obstacles that may impede the implementation process
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project completion

About You:

  • Gritty, autonomous, self-motivated, and hard worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Prior experience in the payment processing industry is a plus
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate through changing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written is essential, with French being advantageous
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
