Account Executive – Remote – Texas 

We are hiring at ServiceCentral for an Account Executive to join our growing Business Development team in North America!

We seek a dynamic, high-performing Account Executive to join our Business Development team to help us continue growing ServiceCentral.

The successful candidate will work remotely from home in anywhere in Atlanta, Dallas or Fort Worth!

What your day will look like:

  • Selling cloud-based applications and services targeting the repair services industry
  • Hunter mentality to identify opportunities and key stakeholders
  • Build relationships with key customer stakeholders across functional roles and the organizational hierarchy spectrum
  • Facilitate and lead commercial engagements with customers in close collaboration with technical and commercial colleagues to develop solution offerings
  • Manage cross-functional teams to develop offers, respond to RFP’s and lead negotiations while monitoring operational and commercial risk
  • Lead project handovers to ensure effective delivery and an excellent customer experience
  • Develop sales plans and manage opportunity pipeline
  • Actively contribute to the development of the Sales Department and offerings

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a sales or business development role
  • 2+ years experience in software sales environment highly advantageous 
  • Ability to manage complex sales
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM, Salesforce a plus
  • Ability to travel 25% - 30% of the time
  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
