Job Description:
H&L is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a highly technical collaborative team. This role reports to the Head of R&D (Research & Development). The successful applicant will be working in a medium size team, using Agile as the development methodology and be primarily working developing node-based REST API’s and Angular front ends.

The Successful Applicant should have,

• A passion for building quality software and owning solutions end to end.

• Have the ability to put themselves in the customer's shoes when thinking about a problem and its solution.
• The ability to apply transferable skills and pick up new languages and frameworks.
• Experience working with server-side development, including the design of RESTful APIs
• Experience building user interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
• Experience with cloud-native development (AWS) and 12 factor applications.
• You love to help mentor and educate others to become better software engineers.
• The ability to build quality into your code upfront and resolve production issues through to understanding the root cause.
• You're open-minded and adaptable in responding to new challenges and opportunities.
• You demonstrate a love for continually learning and improving your skills and knowledge.
