Aspire Software is looking for an Quality Assurance Tester ( Hybrid Position ) to join Aspire team in Lebanon.

What your day will look like:

• Defect Identification: Identify gaps and potential defects in user stories and feature releases.
• Test Case Development: Write detailed test cases for various scenarios.
• Bug Detection: Execute test cases, identify potential bugs, and write professional bug reports.
• Communication: Communicate bugs with the development team in a professional manner.
• Retesting and Regression Testing: Perform retesting and regression testing analysis to ensure software stability.
• API Testing: Conduct API testing using tools like Swagger.
• Reporting: Use Jira for defect reporting and tracking.
• Test Case Maintenance: Maintain and update test cases and test scripts, track defects, and provide testing and status reports.
• Defect Resolution Monitoring: Report defects to appropriate team members, monitor defect resolution efforts, and track successes.
• Utilization of Test Tools: Utilize test tools, methodologies, best practices, and standard quality assurance processes.
• Coordination: Work with experts to coordinate the development, updating, and maintenance of test cases.
• Root Cause Analysis: Analyze defects to determine root cause and implement corrective actions.
• Experience Requirements: Have experience in working with both product and software development and customer solution implementations.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and prioritize software issues and bugs

About you:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Jira, SQL, and JSON is helpful.
• Familiarity with Robot Framework and Jenkins is beneficial
